Good food and selection for a beach snack shack. Disappointed that they used plastic straws. Being so close to the beach you would think they would have more consideration for plastics littering the beach and the ocean.

Extremely fast service. For a party of six we were in and out within one hour.

It's the only place in the area, and serves a purpose is feeding hungry beachgoers. Expect anything else and prepare to be dissappointed.

A shame !, we have wait 30min for a 8$ very small panini, when i left, i was starving!! ( i never seen such a small panini and yet I dont eat much)!

From the moment you come to that restaurant the personel give you a good feeling. Very hospitable waiters, it is a happy restaurant to go out with friends or with your date. very good cooking, qualified chef de cuisine, reasonable pay and attentive service. Warmly recommended.

Bills BBQ is a little taste of southern BBQ greatness!!

My two favorite menu items are fish tacos and pizza. The fish tacos are made with fresh fish from the local fish market and the meal is accompanied by homemade potato chips and homemade coleslaw (with a kick). The pizza is truly the best I’ve had anywhere on the Cape. It is a true Italian pizza pie from a true Italian pizza guy! Never had an “off” experience at either Barnacle location. Five *****.

Best service ever at a beach grill! Owners came to make sure everything was ok. Food was delicious and fresh. We loved the cake pops! Also, there are nice tablecloth-ed picnic tables with umbrellas.

Lobster roll was very good

Absolutely incredible fresh seafood. Don't be scared away by their prices being on the higher side, the portions and quality of the food is TOTALLY worth it. Their fresh, thick cut potato chips are the best you'll ever have, and you must try their fried calamari roll, which is really a meal's worth of calamari with a bun under it. It's the best on Cape.

Great snack bar and very friendly service.The food took a little longer than I expected but overall, it was a nice place to eat at.They also have a good choice of selections.
